About Surfside

Hi, I’m Lauren!

Born and raised on the Treasure Coast, I’ve always loved thoughtfully designed spaces, good hospitality, and creating that feeling you get when a home is welcoming, well cared for and ready to enjoy.

With a background in marketing and interior design, I’ve always had an eye for the details and the experience surrounding a space. I took that same passion into building a professional cleaning business and later expanded into Airbnb hosting & co-hosting.

Through both, I started to see a bigger opportunity — to create one local company that could care for homes with intention while also supporting vacation rental owners with everything that goes into creating a great stay.

That vision became Surfside Property Services.

At our heart is professional cleaning for homes and vacation rentals, alongside vacation rental hosting & setup and home organization.

What started with just me is now growing into an amazing local team, and we have so many exciting things ahead.

Welcome to Surfside. I’m so happy you’re here.
