Booking and Cancellations

• We reserve the right to charge fees for last-minute cancellations or no-shows when applicable.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Fees are based on the scope of work, property size, and frequency of service. Late payments may result in paused or rescheduled services.

Liability

Surfside Property Services takes care in every property we serve. However, we are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed hazards, or events outside of our reasonable control. Claims for damages must be reported promptly and in writing.
